Iga Swiatek came to New York as the consensus world No. 1. She’s leaving it as the 2022 US Open champion after beating Ons Jabeur in straight sets in Saturday’s women’s final.
Iga Swiatek overcame major obstacles on her push to the podium in New York. She finished the fortnight full of confidence, claiming her first US Open title.
